30-Day Return Guarantee

We are confident that our amulets will meet and surpass your expectations. However, should for reason such there is discrepancy from description  which shall be proved by scientific evidence that is false or product is damaged from shipping or product does not match with the specifications listed, the buyer will recieve a full refund, you can return item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund.
 
In case of return on items even though items received are as described in statement, you still need to return with the privacy reasons e.g. dissatisfaction, change your mind etc. The fine must be charged accordingly:

If you wish to return any item within 10 days after receiving date, we take 20% administration fine.

If you wish to return any item within 20 days after receiving date, we take 40% administration fine.
 
If you wish to return any item within 30 days after receiving date, we take 50% administration fine.  
 

How to Return Your Item

Step 1: Contact Us and provide us your order number, product ID of the return item, and reason of the return. Then you will receive a return code by email from us in 1 – 2 business days.


Step 2: Package your return, and include all original packaging and a guarantee certificate. Please write your return code on the outside of the shipping package. For security reasons, please do not write GALLERYDEAMULETS anywhere on the outside of the shipping package.

Step 3: Ship your package via any shipping service that does not require you to declare the title and value of the item in the shipping package, such as Registered Airmail Service. Should you are required to declare item value and title, please declare its title as "Accessory" with total value at $20. This item declaration is only for a use of Thailand Customs. If possible, please use a shipping service that allows us to track & trace your shipping package online.

Step 4: Ship your package to the address which we will inform you in email with return code. After your item is shipped, please retain the tracking number for your records, and also email us the shipping date, approximate delivery time, and tracking number.

Step 5: After we receive your return package, our team will verify the authenticity and condition of the returned item. A credit for a refund for returning item will be issued in 3 business days.

Return for a refund: a refund amount is equal to the original purchase value of your return item. Delivery charge is non refundable. Your refund will be issued via the original payment method of the return item. However, should we cannot process refund via your original payment method, we reserve the right to refund you via any of other available payment methods.

Return Restrictions

1) Your Guarantee Certificate issued by GALLERYDEAMULETS and Acknowledgement of Guarantee Reciept with return code must accompany their return item.

2) Your return item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unaltered in any way. Otherwise we reserve the right to send it back to you with your expense.

3) All items damaged due to client’s negligence cannot be returned.

4) We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during delivery. Therefore, if possible, please insure the return item to cover its full value.

5) Shipping & insurance charges of your return item from your country to us (Thailand) are your expenses.

6) Should you do not follow any instruction of this 30-day return policy, and there is additional cost (such as duty & import taxes at Thailand), it will be your expenses.

Damage Item

If your item arrives damaged due to mishandling, we will do our best to refund or replace it quickly and at no cost for you. For fastest service, please notify us within 24 hours after receipt of the damage item, we will require proof of damage either with digital photos email to us. We will offer replacement and cover all shipping costs, If we could not offer the replacement, we may ask that you return back the damage item to us, a refund will be issued. (If we do not receive proof of the damage item within 30 Days after delivered, you will not be able to have your refund or replacement from us).
